About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the HR technology and talent-acquisition services sector, specialising in delivering recruitment, career services and workforce solutions to US clients. We partner with startups and mid-market companies to supply qualified talent through data-driven outreach and consultative sales.
We are hiring an on-site Business Development Executive focused on the US market to build pipeline, close new client contracts, and accelerate revenue growth from our India office. This role requires strong outbound skills, US-market selling experience and an ability to operate during US overlapping hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end outbound prospecting for US accounts: research, outreach, qualification and initial discovery.
- Manage the full sales cycle—present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new client engagements to achieve monthly quota.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and targeted account plays.
- Keep CRM up to date with accurate activity logs, opportunity stages, forecasts and contact data to ensure pipeline transparency.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to define solution scope, hand off closed deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Continuously refine outreach sequences, messaging and objection-handling based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience selling B2B services to US customers (outbound focus)
- Salesforce or HubSpot CRM proficiency
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and multi-channel prospecting
- Strong cold calling and email outreach execution
- Pipeline management and opportunity qualification skills
- Familiarity with preparing proposals and commercial negotiations for US clients
Preferred
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech or staffing solutions selling to the US market
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach) or analytics-driven outreach
- Prior on-site experience working overnight/overlap hours for US timezones
