Job role:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding a company's reach, and in the case of Kaffibar franchise, their role would focus on promoting the franchise, establishing new business relationships, and helping to close deals. Below is an outline that highlights the key responsibilities and steps involved:
Meeting Targets: The primary responsibility of a Business Development Executive is to meet the company's sales targets. These targets could be in the form of revenue, number of new franchise agreements, or lead conversions. The BDE will often be tasked with setting clear goals and working towards them each month or quarter. Achieving these targets is key to the franchise's growth and profitability.
Following Up with Customers: A critical part of the BDE's role is following up with potential customers or franchise prospects. This includes maintaining communication, addressing queries, and ensuring that the prospect is progressing through the decision-making process. Prompt follow-ups help keep the lead engaged and make them feel valued, ultimately moving them closer to closing the deal.
Explaining the Product and the Unique Selling Points: The BDE needs to clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Kaffibar. This includes explaining what makes Kaffibar special—whether it's its unique products, brand recognition, customer loyalty, or operational support offered to franchisees. Demonstrating the strengths of the Kaffibar franchise, such as a proven business model, marketing support, and high-quality customer service, will appeal to prospective franchisees and build confidence in the investment.
Overcoming Objections and Closing the Deal: As part of the sales process, the BDE must address any concerns or objections the potential franchisee may have. This could include questions about initial investments, ROI, or operational requirements. A good BDE uses their knowledge and persuasive skills to overcome objections and guide the customer towards a decision. Once all concerns are addressed, the BDE closes the deal by presenting a final proposal, discussing the terms of the franchise agreement, and guiding the prospect through the paperwork and onboarding process.
Education : We require a BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) degree or equivalent is preferred.
