Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive the growth of the company. Key responsibilities include designing business growth strategies, identifying and nurturing prospective clients, developing and presenting proposals, managing negotiations, and staying updated on industry trends. Collaborating closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with strategic goals is also a core aspect of this role.
Candidates from Design, Strategy, Advertising would be preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategies, client relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with brand strategy, project management, and managing client expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the branding or design industry is advantageous
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving targets
