Experience Required: 1 to 1.5 Years

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a keen interest in building a strong workforce. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in the HR domain in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals.

Screen resumes .

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback.

1 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/non-IT).
