Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development. Daily tasks will involve managing employee records, conducting interviews, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall human resources strategy of the company.
