Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle for white- and blue-collar roles.

  • Maintain HR operations including attendance, leave records, HRMS updates, and employee files.

  • Implement KRAs, track progress, and support performance reviews across departments.

  • Identify training needs, coordinate internal/external training programs, and maintain training MIS.

  • Strengthen coordination and communication between employees and management.

  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Work closely with the Director/EA on HR strategies, reporting, and process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance

  • Hands-on hiring and talent acquisition

  • KRA drafting & implementation

  • Training planning and execution

  • Employee communication & conflict resolution

  • Experience in a manufacturing setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.70 per month
