The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and assist with training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (preferred).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
