Job Summary

The Human Resources Intern will support the hotel's HR department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee relations, training coordination, and overall staff support. This role provides hands-on experience in hotel HR operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in human resources or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with posting job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and help schedule interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing new-hire documents and orientation materials.
  • Help coordinate pre-employment checks (ID verification, references, etc.).

2. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Help organize staff engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Support the HR team in addressing basic employee inquiries.

3. Training & Development

  • Help schedule and coordinate staff training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and attendance sheets.
  • Prepare training materials when necessary.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical).
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with hotel policies and labor laws.
