Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The role involves managing human resource operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and implementing HR policies. It also encompasses employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with departments to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Skills in employee engagement, training, and performance management
  • Experience with payroll management and HR operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on experience with HR software or tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries, is an advantage
