Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ghaziabad. The HR Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resource policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The HR Manager will work closely with teams to build a positive workplace culture and ensure seamless operations aligned with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
  • 5+ years experience in HR, preferably as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
  • Experience in training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align HR objectives with organizational goals
  • Prior experience in the EPC sector or infrastructure development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred
