Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Ghaziabad, Meerut Road Industrial Area

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination.
  • Handle hiring through , , Indeed, Work India, LinkedIn, and free job portals.
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain daily hiring reports and MIS updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Coordination.
  • Proficiency in recruitment portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) — both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email correspondence.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Candidates from Manufacturing or Engineering industry will be preferred.
