Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to- day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

 Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs

 Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data

 Support in payroll processing and monthly salary inputs

 Coordinate training & development sessions and maintain training records

 Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation

 Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution

 Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations

 Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

 Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles

 Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

 Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Good organizational and time-management abilities

 Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

 MBA or PG Diploma in HR

 Experience in IT/Marketing/Real Estate industry (optional)

 Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
