Job Description – HR ExecutivePosition: HR ExecutiveLocation: Ghaziabad Department: Human ResourcesReporting To: HR Manager / DirectorKey Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Handle grievance management and support a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance appraisal process and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR systems and practices.
- Support management in HR planning and strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
