Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Ghaziabad. The responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records. The HR Executive will oversee the performance management process, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist in policy development. Additionally, the role involves supporting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee queries to promote a positive work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR roles is highly desirable
