HR Executive
who can bring structure, empathy, and professionalism to our growing workplace.

Your Role

You'll play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations - from hiring and onboarding to maintaining performance records and ensuring smooth office conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    for office (sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
  • Assist in compensation, payroll coordination, and appraisal documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain office decorum, discipline, and professional conduct.
  • Support in organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure HR policies and company procedures are implemented effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational and people-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel/HRMS tools and basic payroll understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal etiquette.
