Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Tamil Nadu. The role involves leading and managing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and retailers, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities also include identifying business opportunities, planning and implementing sales strategies, onboarding new clients, and preparing reports to track performance and share with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and driving revenue growth
- Strong Relationship Management, Networking, and Negotiation skills to build effective partnerships
- Proven ability in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Territory Management
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management abilities
- Prior experience in FMCG or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant productivity and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel and manage field sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
