Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Business Development & Sales Manager – Exports
, located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and generating leads in international markets, negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. The individual will handle customer inquiries, offer quotations to close deals, develop business strategies, manage client relationships (New as well existing customer) and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
(Planning / Supply chain follow up with plant)
and achieve sales targets will also be a part of your tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience of minimum 3 years in Business Development, Sales, and Export Management
- Strong negotiation, quotation development and contract management skills
- Knowledge of international market trends and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop business strategies and monitor their effectiveness
- Having the skill and ability to communicate effectively with people from different countries & cultural backgrounds, building meaningful relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiencly in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel is a must

Office timings will be currently 11.00am to 7.30pm which will change to 2.30pm to 11.00pm once US market starts
