Chief Manager- Retention

Designation- Chief Manager Retention (Health Insurance)
Only candidate with health insurance and team handling experience can be considered
Role Objective :
Drive health retention practice with sales teams across locations (From BH till USM level) towards business target achievement in line with ILs short term and long term objectives
Engage with cross functional teams (Sales, UW, PMT, IT, Ops, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to design and successfully execute strategic projects in a timebox setting
Evolve and better the entire practice by regularly benchmarking renewal products, processes, tech, etc. with industry and implementing them within IL
Deep level analysis of data and guiding actions basis the same
Enable and support sales in order to achieve superior service levels towards customer and partner
Must Haves:
- Ability to completely own KRAs and deliver projects end-to-end
- Working knowledge and experience of all health products (both Retail and Benefit)
- Proactive and agile behavior, with solution-oriented, can-do attitude and innovative mindset
- Ability to interact with multiple depts. and senior management (Mancom / Excom), and successfully deliver on expectations of IL from Retention practice
- Analytical bent of mind and ability to translate data into action
Required Qualification / Experience
- Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
- Min. 6 years of relevant experience
