As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a TA team, manage vendors and collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive end-to-end hiring processes to ensure we attract and retain top ta

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality hiring within defined timelin

Partner with external vendors, job portals, and industry networks to attract the be

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our growth o

jecives.

Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforc

e plnning.

Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain a strong tal

ent ppeline.

Optimize and implement best practices in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitm

ent oprations.

Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements to en

hance eficiency.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement

across epar
tments.

Essent
ia Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, wit

h at least 2

-3 years in a anagerial role.

Proven track record in leading a recruitment team and successful

l

y closing posiions within TAT.

Hand-on experience in managing recruitments thoug

h ve

ndors and buildvendor relations

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience work

i

ng closely withleadership teams.

Expertise in sourcing strategies,

ma

rket mapping, andemployer branding.

Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recr

itment metrics an improve processes.

Hands-on experience with applicant tr

ack

ing systems (ATS) ad recruitment tools.
