What You'll Do (aka your superpowers)
- Own and lead end-to-end recruitment across non-tech business roles (sales, marketing, operations, strategy, etc.).
- Partner directly with leadership to define hiring needs and build strategies that align with growth goals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives - from campus engagement and social media presence to thought-leadership campaigns that position GoBoult as a top destination for talent.
- Manage succession planning and leadership hiring - building future-ready pipelines for critical and senior roles.
- Build pipelines that don't just fill jobs but bring in game-changing talent.
- Manage and inspire a small team of recruiters, while also rolling up your sleeves for critical hires.
- Use data and analytics to track and improve hiring performance (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure compliance and rigor in the hiring process - including background verification checks for all new hires.
- Keep the process fast, candidate-friendly, and reflective of GoBoult's bold culture.
Who We're Looking For
- Tier-1 MBA with 2+ years of post-MBA experience in talent acquisition for non-tech business roles.
- Excellent communication skills - you can sell the brand and convince top talent to join us.
- An analytical, structured mind that thrives on solving complex hiring challenges.
- Team management experience - you've led or mentored recruiters before.
- Proven ability to balance speed with quality in hiring.
- Strong sense of culture-fit assessment - you know who will thrive in a fast-paced, bold, and creative environment.
- Comfortable running employer branding campaigns, managing leadership hiring, and driving succession planning.
- Detail-oriented when it comes to process compliance, documentation, and background verification.
