MIS completion and check on MIS. (Inc. Doc Maintenance)

  • Branch Manager Interactions and query resolutions.
  • Fuel Check and fuel record Maintenance.
  • Performance report recognition for under branch.
  • Wage Register up keeping and maintaining.
  • Pay Slip Release and handover process to all associates on ground level. (Check and verify).
  • Resolving Salary Query of all employees.
  • Sharing Offer Mails and collection MIS Docs at initial.
  • Sharing Appointment letter after joining after Probation Period.
  • Following PIP process and Issue of PIP and maintain PIP Record.
  • Maintain Record of all Letter and Documents.
  • Recruitment
  • Attendance collecting & checking
  • Calling Station Manager on regular basis & update Ritesh Dubey, Vice President if there is any issue find.
  • Checking mails along with discussions with Station managers. Revert Flipkart management only after final discussion with

Ritesh Dubey, Vice President. A weekly discussion and update to Vice President is mandatory.

  • Day1 - A performance review will be initiated upon after training imparted by Vice President.
  • Station visit will be compulsory part of your service as and when asked by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
