Job Description HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR compliance. You will help ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support performance evaluation and appraisal process
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally
  • Organize employee engagement and training activities
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 1–5 years of HR experience (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
