Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to offer suitable interior solutions.
  • Present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Visit client sites when required for discussions or project updates.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (interior design or real estate industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
