Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to offer suitable interior solutions.
- Present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit client sites when required for discussions or project updates.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (interior design or real estate industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
