**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and addressing their pain points.
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients, generate leads through cold calling, and develop strategies to engage prospects.
- Problem Identification: Pinpoint client issues and business challenges through active listening and critical analysis.
- Solution Selling: Propose effective solutions and strategies to address identified client needs, positioning our products/services as the ideal fit.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with confidence, closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Accountability: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report progress and contribute ideas for improving processes and sales techniques.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Problem Solver: Ability to quickly identify client challenges and present practical, value-driven solutions.
- Experience: 1+ years in sales, preferably with experience in solution-based selling.
- Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at handling client concerns.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, independent worker with a strong sense of accountability.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
