Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The Key Account Manager will manage and build relationships with important clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role involves developing strategic business plans, analyzing customer needs, implementing account strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, addressing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills, including the ability to nurture long-term relationships with key clients
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for understanding market trends, data interpretation, and providing informed recommendations
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, including developing and implementing strategic account plans
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless client experience and effective issue resolution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in supply chain or B2B solutions industries is an advantage, preferred Industry - Polymers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
