About Us:

Credence Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization providing comprehensive corporate and financial services. We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant (Billing & Support Staff) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy and Tally accounting software and a keen eye for detail in billing and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Busy and Tally software.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
  • Handle GST entries, TDS deductions, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
  • Provide general support to the Accounts and Finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in billing and accounting (freshers with software knowledge may apply).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Busy and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
