About Us:
Credence Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization providing comprehensive corporate and financial services. We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant (Billing & Support Staff) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy and Tally accounting software and a keen eye for detail in billing and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Busy and Tally software.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Handle GST entries, TDS deductions, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding billing and payment queries.
- Provide general support to the Accounts and Finance team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 0–2 years in billing and accounting (freshers with software knowledge may apply).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Busy and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
