What You'll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Onboard new Corporate clients for Corporate loans, Asset-based Funding – Lease Financing, Equipment funding, Mortgages, etc. Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, and Vendor Finance programs, Import / Export credit lines and many more offerings
  • Nurture existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct joint calls with relationship managers to maximize business potential

Business Development

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and attend meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers

Deal Management

  • Source and close deals while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth approval and disbursement processes
  • Monitor post-disbursement activities and maintain client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree

Experience: 1-3 years in:

  • Business development in Fintech/NBFC sector/Real Estate/Insurance/Start-ups
  • Client relationship management
  • MSME or corporate finance solutions
