Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
Manage and grow key accounts across the assigned region
Build strong, trust-based relationships and serve as the main point of contact at all customer levels
Proactively support customer needs and coordinate with Marketing, Technical, R&D, and Project teams
Participate in development projects and new opportunities with sufficient technical understanding to define solutions
Respond to new customer requests, clarify specifications, support pricing strategy, and lead complex negotiations
Achieve revenue targets by driving sales performance, monitoring forecast accuracy, and executing sales activities
Act as the voice of the customer and provide ongoing market/project feedback internally
Track project progress to support budget planning and demand forecasting
Align with and actively contribute to Linxens' overall Sales & Marketing strategy
Business Development
Map all relevant Smartcard projects in the region, including incumbents, opportunity timelines, and tender processes.
Identify and prioritize target projects and develop winning strategies for Linxens.
Lobby and influence key decision makers about Linxens capability and importance in the Smartcard eco-system.
Leverage Linxens' unique value proposition to createa favourable environment for future projects
Qualification
6-10 years' of experience in Sales and Business Development in Smartcard / Printed Electronics / Semi-conductor industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Proven success in managing key accounts, business development and driving revenue growth
Possess customer-oriented approach and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel within the region as required
