We are expanding our retail presence across India and are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across all retail stores and counters in the Maharashtra region.
  • Manage, motivate, and train store teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for promotions, marketing, inventory, and operations.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing retail staff.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and mall management teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Fashion, or Retail Management.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail sales or fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a regional role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple locations.
  • Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
