(Regional Sales manager)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets based on our portfolio. This role involves extensive travel to potential client locations within the assigned region, along with leading a team of sales personnel to ensure excellent customer service delivery using feedback analytics to achieve client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of previous experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Experience in the IT industry, preferably in the field of Networking, Cloud, Data centre technologies, or Security Solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new businesses, and managing a team of salespersons
  • Ability to work independently, and lead a team with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi, and excellent presentation skills
  • Post graduation (MBA or equivalent will be preferred)
