Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing (Central India) at The Green Box Company, located in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include overseeing sales teams, tracking sales performance, generating leads, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical, research, and report preparation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the refrigeration or related industry is a plus
