As a
Regional Manager – Marketing
, you will:

Lead and grow sales & marketing operations in your region

Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks

Drive product penetration (SSP, NPK, DAP, etc.) through smart marketing initiatives

Mentor and guide the regional sales team to deliver results

Achieve revenue & market share targets while expanding brand presence

Proven experience in sales & marketing leadership

Strong dealer/distributor management & negotiation skills

Excellent communication, people management & analytical ability

Willingness to travel extensively across the region
