Front Office Executive

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Manage room reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Ensure guest data is recorded accurately in the PMS (Property Management System).
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a front office executive or receptionist in a Hotel or Restaurant environment preferred.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
