**Position: Front Office Executive**
Role definition: As a Front Office Executive in HR & Admin department, play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation in the office.
You will serve as the first point of contact on phone & for clients, visitors, and employees.

Proficiency in using office equipment’s (Phone, Computers, Software)
**Knowledge**:
MS-Office (Word & Excel)

Experience / Segments: 2 to 5 years of experience in front office preferred
**Responsibility & Deliverables: -**
1. Greeting and Welcoming visitors / guest.
2. Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
3. Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner.
4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations. Maintain and update appointment calendars.
5. Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or employees.
7. Manage conference room and meeting space reservations. Ensure rooms are set up and equipped as needed.
8. Assist with administrative tasks
Work Timing: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (Monday-Saturday)
Reporting to: Manager HR & Admin
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
