Job Role
As an IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Inside Sales Specialist, you will act as the growth engine of our organization. Your day will revolve around identifying prospects, initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and converting potential clients into revenue opportunities. You will work closely with decision-makers across the US market, helping them discover value in our services through strategic communication and relationship-building. This role demands confidence, adaptability, persistence, and a strong knack for understanding customer needs in the tech-driven B2B space.

Position: IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales Specialist
Location: Mohali (Phase 8B / Sec-75), Punjab
Shift: US Shift (6 pm to 3 am IST) | Work From Office
Salary: 25k–60k (based on experience) + High Incentives (including USD incentives)
Experience: Experienced (1–3 years preferred: IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales)
Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation / MBA
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing market needs.
- Polite, professional, humble communication style with strong listening skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify leads for IT, SaaS, and B2B sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage the US market.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos with clients.
- Communicate value propositions and convert leads into paying customers.
- Understand client needs, propose relevant solutions, and negotiate effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records in CRM and meet weekly & monthly KPIs.
- Stay updated on sales trends, SaaS tools, market insights, and industry developments.
