About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, bidding on international platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Clutch, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
  • Write effective proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals successfully.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and delivery.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Track and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a BDE / Online Bidder / Business Development Executive in an IT or Digital Agency.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services — Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, or Automation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
