Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for Direct IT Sales with a focus on Mobile App Development for the North American market. This is a full-time role that requires someone with hands-on experience in direct sales, particularly in mobile app services, and the ability to generate leads, manage client accounts, and achieve set sales targets.
The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the mobile tech industry and a solid track record in business development. If you have a passion for sales, excellent client handling skills, and a keen interest in the mobile domain, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in mobile app development.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely communication and dedicated service.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver top-notch client experiences.
- Lead deal negotiations and closures, aiming for long-term business collaborations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client communications, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development technologies and workflow
- Proven expertise in new business development, lead generation, and account handling
- Previous experience in direct IT sales or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of current IT and mobile app industry trends
