Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Mohali district. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Experience in IT or related fields is a plus
