As we expand our reach in the US market, we are looking for passionate Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales over the phone and email for the US market. This is a full-time position working US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct high-quality product presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and clearly articulate the value proposition of Caresmartz360 solutions
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate client information and sales activities
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up promptly on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-9 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS/healthcare/software solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours (Eastern or Central Time zones)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Preferred

  • Experience selling to home care agencies or healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare/home care industry
