Assistant Front Office Manager

Job description-
- Supervise and support front office staff in delivering excellent service to all guests.
- Assist with the management of daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor performance, appearance, and attendance of front desk employees.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and efficient service delivery.
- Handle VIP and special guest requirements with discretion and care.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Support the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks including scheduling, training, inventory, and report generation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, and promotions.
- Assist in ensuring all health, safety, and emergency procedures are understood and followed.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years experience in front office operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g. IDS, WINCLOUD).
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
