Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Raipur. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient administrative procedures, and providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Duties include managing front office staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. The manager will also be responsible for effective communication with guests and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
