Job Description:
We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will manage office coordination, staff supervision, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily office activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage attendance, records, and general administrative tasks.
- Supervise office staff, housekeeping, and coordinate with departments.
- Handle vendor management, purchase of office supplies, and inventory control.
- Maintain documents, files, and correspondence systematically.
- Assist management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a disciplined work environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and handle office operations independently.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a managerial role.
- Candidates from nearby areas of Indravati Colony will be preferred.
