
Front Office Manager

_ Job Responsibilities_
- Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures and handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest expectations and operational needs.
- Manage room inventory and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and manage work schedules for front office staff.
- Monitor and maintain front office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures at the front office level.
- Generate performance reports, occupancy statistics, and revenue forecasts.
- Promote upselling of rooms and hotel services to enhance revenue.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in front office operations, typically 3–5 years, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., IDS, WINHMS or similar PMS).
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28, ₹33,000.00 per month
