The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure smooth check-in and check-out operations while maintaining a high standard of guest service. The role demands excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a customer-centric approach to uphold the company's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests courteously and assist them during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front office correspondence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.
  • Prepare daily reports related to occupancy, arrivals, and departures.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software (like IDS, Opera, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with a pleasant personality.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
