Job Purpose
To manage the front desk and reception area professionally, ensuring smooth communication and hospitality for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees with a professional demeanour.
- Manage the reception area — maintain cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence; route them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers or internal letters.
- Maintain a log of incoming/outgoing documents and deliveries.
- Maintain and update the daily staff attendance register accurately and share reports with HR as required.
- Supervise pantry and housekeeping staff to maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient front-office support.
Administrative Support
- Support administrative activities like office supplies, stationary, and vendor coordination.
- Provide support for internal events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain updated employees official contact & extension list.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a polite, confident, and professional demeanour at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the reporting authority.
