1. Reception & Guest Handling

- *Guide guests to the right person/department.
- *Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
2. Telephone & Communication
- Answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Handle inquiries, messages, and provide information.
- Manage internal communication or announcements.
3. Administrative Support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Manage emails, letters, and couriers.
4. Front Desk Management
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
5. Customer Service
- Assist clients with queries or service details.
- Handle or escalate complaints appropriately.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Support HR/Admin in interviews, onboarding, and events.
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Update data on clients, appointments, and office activities.
- Maintain attendance and visitor reports.
