Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional to manage and enhance our customer relationship strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing CRM tools, analyzing customer data, and supporting business growth through improved customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Track customer interactions, analyze trends, and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
  • Create and execute customer engagement strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain a database of client information and communication history.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams to address customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
