Job Title: Senior CRM Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior CRM Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of client relationship management. The role involves handling client queries, ensuring timely responses, maintaining CRM databases, generating reports, and supporting business growth by enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CRM operations, ensuring all client interactions are recorded and addressed.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and provide prompt revert/resolutions.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and insights from CRM data to support management decisions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively work on retention strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Train and guide junior CRM team members on process adherence and system usage.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and communication with clients for ongoing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in CRM management or client servicing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
