Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle billing, payment transactions, and maintain cash records accurately.
  • Update daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Prior experience in front office or guest relations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (like IDS, Opera, etc.).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of hospitality and customer service.
