Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocations efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle billing, payment transactions, and maintain cash records accurately.
- Update daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Prior experience in front office or guest relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (like IDS, Opera, etc.).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of hospitality and customer service.
