Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise and train salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.).
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the salon.
  • Develop promotional offers, packages, and loyalty programs to attract clients.
  • Manage bookings, scheduling, and salon software systems.
  • Track sales, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Motivate the team to meet performance and service goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Hospitality/Business Management or Diploma in Beauty & Wellness (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Supervisor in the beauty industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹45,000.00 per month
